Faculty Member Attends Culinary Essentials Workshops

Karyn Bledsoe, Faculty, attended the Culinary Essentials Workshops I & II at Johnson & Wales University’s Denver campus in July 2012. She studied various aspects of the kitchen and dining room, including garde mange, pastry arts, tableside cooking, and dining room service.
