Marketing students assist City of Big Rapids by administering citywide survey

This semester the Ferris State University Marketing Department is assisting the City of Big Rapids by launching a citywide survey regarding the satisfaction levels of Big Rapids residents.

Professor (Waileong) Henry Ho’s Marketing Research class is working simultaneously with the City of Big Rapids. Although Ho teaches multiple Marketing Research (MKTG 425) courses, only one class is directly involved in planning, researching, and administering the City of Big Rapids Community Survey. The purpose of the survey is to determine how Big Rapids residents perceive the services provided by the City of Big Rapids and their attitudes toward future development opportunities.

The survey is completely anonymous and confidential. Individuals living or working within the 49307 area code parameters qualify to take the survey. Survey participation is highly recommended. Survey responses are vital to positive changes that can be made within the city of Big Rapids.
